Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin’s surface using a specialised device, which triggers collagen and elastin production. It improves texture, tone and fine lines over a course of sessions. Helen, our Registered Nurse, tailors depth and technique to your skin at consultation.

SQT Bio-Microneedling uses microscopic silica spicules from freshwater sponge, massaged into the skin by hand instead of a needling device. There is no needle, no numbing and no bleeding, though it produces a more visible renewal phase over several days as the skin flakes and refreshes. It suits clients who want the benefits of microneedling without needles, and Helen will advise which approach, or combination, fits your skin.

Most clients need three to six sessions of traditional microneedling, or an initial course of three to four SQT treatments spaced about four weeks apart. The right number depends on your skin’s condition and what you are correcting. Our fully qualified registered nurse confirms a realistic plan at your consultation.

Biosomes are lab-engineered exosomes that mimic the skin’s natural repair signals. We use the AnteAgeMD Biosome Serum topically to support collagen production and hydration, often layered into other treatments for added benefit.

Biosomes are engineered to mimic natural exosome activity and applied topically, while our exosome treatments use AnteAgeMD Exosomes delivered into the skin via microneedling or Tixel for deeper regeneration. One is a topical booster, the other a standalone treatment. Helen can advise which suits your goals.

Tixel uses thermo-mechanical energy from a heated titanium tip to resurface skin and stimulate collagen, without needles or laser energy. Microneedling works through mechanical micro-injury, so the two suit different skin types and sensitivities. Sessions take about an hour, with mild redness for a few days after.

Skin boosters replenish hyaluronic acid in the skin to improve hydration and elasticity, while bio-remodelling stimulates the skin’s own regenerative processes for lasting firmness. Both are minimally invasive with little downtime, and are usually recommended as a short course.

Facial volumising restores lost volume in areas like the cheeks, jawline and under-eyes for a more balanced, rested appearance. It suits clients addressing natural volume loss as well as those wanting more definition in a specific feature. Every plan starts with a detailed consultation to keep results natural.
